# With micrometer technology #

The KIERO range of resins with high mechanical values is the latest development in recent years in resins for dental use. All resins are cadmium-free and colorfast thanks to a tertiary amine-free catalyst system and guarantee optimal and economical processing:

• High accuracy due to ultra-fine acrylic granules (microtechnology)
• Easy to polish and polish due to its high homogeneity (less fungus settlement, which causes allergies)
• Optimal gingiva tolerance due to few remaining monomers (biocompatible)

Why use resin with micropearls?

Its hybrid composition is formed by 2/3 of resin granules of usual size (60-70 μm) and 1/3 of micro size (10 μm) already presaturated with monomer. The result is a much more compact structure with less shrinkage during polymerization. As less monomer is needed, the resin is more biocompatible and anti-allergenic. It is easier to mix the powder with the liquid, resulting in a denser texture, which pours more easily and improves its polymerization behavior. The result is a more homogeneous texture on the surface, which can be easily polished with the usual rotary instruments, requiring less time. The result of KIERO Resin Micropearls is an excellent accuracy of fit and a superior resistance of the prosthesis.
