Intellectual property of the software

Protection of the hosted information

KUSS DENTAL, S.L. makes backup copies of the contents hosted in its servers, however it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of the data by the users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the total replacement of data deleted by users, since such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period of time elapsed since the last backup.

The services offered, except the specific backup services, do not include the replacement of the contents kept in the backup copies made by KUSS DENTAL, S.L., when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always previous acceptance of the user.

The replacement of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of the content is due to causes attributable to KUSS DENTAL, S.L

Commercial communications

In application of the LSSI KUSS DENTAL, S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by e-mail or any other equivalent electronic means of communication that had not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the addressees of the same.

In the case of users with whom there is a previous contractual relationship, KUSS DENTAL, S.L. is authorized to send commercial communications referring to products or services of KUSS DENTAL, S.L. which are similar to those which were initially contracted with the client.
