Hotbond ZirConnect ist ein Glaslot auf Basis eines silikatischen Materials, welches als Bonder verwendet werden kann und dem stoffschlüssigen Verbund von zahntechnischen Arbeiten aus ZrO2 -Gerüstwerkstoffen und einer geeigneten Verblendkeramik dient.

Das Zirkondioxid kann dabei als gehipptes ZrO2 oder durchgesintertes ZrO2 -Material nach Weiss- oder Grünlingsverarbeitung verwenden werden.

Für die Verarbeitung von Hotbond ZirConnect ist die Oberfläche zu sprayen, damit eine gleichmäßige Stärke der Oberflächenbeschichtung von deutlich unter 20 ìm erreicht werden kann.
Hotbond ZirConnect difundiert in das Zirkondioxid ein und erzeugt eine ideale Oberfläche für einen sicheren und hochwertigen Verbund, der dem Chipping entgegen wirkt.

  • Oberflächenvergütung bei Mikrorissen nach dem Fräsen
