Hotbond is a vitreous ceramic solder based on a siliceous material which serves the purpose of providing the cohesive bonding of zirconium dioxide frameworks for dental applications.
Indications:
- Soldering of full ceramic ZrO2 framework parts for horizontal extension/expansion to make longer-spanned bridge frameworks with the exclusive use of joining elements offered especially for the syste, consisting of primary and secondary part.
- Soldering of full ceramic ZrO2 framework components for the vertical extension bridge, frameworks where its blank’s height is too small and the interalveolar distance is excessive, with the tongue’s shapping and groove connection between the basal and incisal section.
- Soldering of ceramic mouldings made of ZrO2, such as abutments with customised parts for extension or basal tissue trimming for optimisation of the emergency profile.
- Soldering of base frameworks with shape-optimising contoured parts, which may not however be subjected to bending, torsion or shearing.
- No machines required
- 3-part milled structure
ZirConnect – Union by diffusion
The special bonder is best suited for the connection of zirconium dioxide framework and veneering ceramics, press ceramics and composites as well as the adhesive/based solidifying of zirconium dioxide prosthetics.
Fusio – Ti to Ls2, ZrO2 to Ls2, Ti to ZrO2
The Hotbond fusio system consists of two compatible ceramic components and unites the positive characteristics of different materials together. The ceramic material DCMhotbond fusio connect is a coloured spray and is used to cover the titanium oxides on the joint area. DCMhotbond fusio is used to create a secure connection between Ti and LS2 or ZrO2 and CAD/CAM- milled LS2- veneers.
Tizio – Ti – ZrO2
Hotbond tizio fuses together the positive material properties of the most different types of materials; it provides increased possibilities with prosthetic treatments via a durable and safe connection from Ti to ZrO2.
